James C. Oliver (shareholder) was born in Baltimore, Maryland on June 28, 1955. After graduating from Bucknell University with a B.A., Jim received his J.D. from the University of Virginia. In 1980, Jim began practicing law in Baltimore with a large Baltimore firm. His practice focuses on Real Estate Law, Commercial Real Estate, Condominium Law, and Leases and Leasing. Jim has authored several articles and course materials for the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, Inc. (MICPEL). In addition, Jim was an instructor of Real Estate Finance at the University of Maryland School of Law. Jim’s long standing relationships with his clients and his intimate knowledge of their businesses is the basis of his successful representation of them.
